1. Clear panels on minmatar ships - what the hell are they? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
They ran out of duct tape to make it appear solid on the original design and had to use clear tape, problem is that they produced so many, it became standard. Now they can't change it because Minmatar are not too bright and would shoot at it think...

Originally by: Saturous Edited by: Saturous on 27/02/2009 06:10:08 The Warp Scrambler is TOO overpowered. This is rediculous. In a real ***** drive mode right now; HICTOR! At least anyone with a scram has to target you, HICs can sto...

3. I didn't place much stock in the statements "Eve encourages griefing". - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Actually, the heavy dictor effectively nerfed WCS to uselessness. Fit a whole rack of them and still get scrambled. Gate gankers have the I-Win button back again because there's no real counter unless you're fast and agile enough to get out of it'...

5. What's the deal with freighters ? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Cargo mods make it unbalanced due to cargo size but why should that rule out mids? A XL shield boost or resists or some such would give it some remote chance of survival. Like one poster said here, traders who fly the ship all day every day aren'...

7. Marauders need a boost. - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Neamus I only have experience with the Paladin so that's all I'll comment on. I think its a brilliant PvE ship as it stands. It has a huge cargo hold, 40k tractor range, a solid tank and more dps than it knows what to do w...

8. Large hybrids... - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Go train them, I'm sure they'll be FOTM by the time you've got enough SP to be effective with them. If not, at least you'll have them trained and ready when they do become FOTM. -- There's a simple difference between kinky and perverted. Kinky i...

13. Tech II rigs. Why that expensive? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
To all those complaining about impending price drops etc. It would be reasonable to presume that repairing T1 salvage and creating the rigs with them would work out almost as expensive as making the rigs out of salvaged T2 components currently is....

14. Tech II rigs. Why that expensive? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
True. T2 salvage is extremely rare and I have only found three since the salvaging was introduced. It would be nice to be able to repair T1 salvage using minerals and a new set of skills. Still make it expensive to repair them but at least it wou...
